Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Identity data: first and last name.
• Contact data: phone number, e-mail address, country.
• Health data (special category): the treatment you are interested in, complaints and health information you share in your message, photos, X-rays and CT scans you send us.
• Security data: date and time of your request and technical logs kept for site security.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your information or quote request,
• Carrying out a preliminary assessment and preparing a personal treatment plan,
• Organising appointments, transfers and accommodation at your request,
• Providing medical diagnosis, treatment and care,
• Complying with legal obligations and informing competent authorities,
• Ensuring information security and protecting our rights in case of disputes.

4. Legal grounds

Identity, contact and security data are processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 because processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract (c), to comply with a legal obligation (ç), to establish, exercise or defend a right (e), and for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed (f).

Health data is processed under KVKK Art. 6/3 by persons bound by professional secrecy for the purposes of medical diagnosis, treatment and care, or on the basis of your explicit consent. During the preliminary assessment before treatment, health data is processed based on the explicit consent you give in the form on our website.

5. How we collect data

We collect your data electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the request form on our website, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, WhatsApp, phone and e-mail. Together with your request we record how you reached our website (e.g. search engine, social media, advertising).

6. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with competent public authorities where required by law and, at your request, with transfer and accommodation providers (only the identity and contact details they need).

Our website and request records are hosted by cloud hosting, content delivery and e-mail service providers with servers outside Türkiye (mainly in the European Union). Your data is therefore transferred abroad in accordance with the conditions of KVKK Art. 9. WhatsApp conversations are carried out via Meta Platforms' WhatsApp Business infrastructure. If you choose “Accept” in the cookie settings, your phone number and e-mail address are irreversibly hashed and shared with Meta Platforms, and site usage data with Google, to measure the results of our advertising; no treatment or health information is shared. Apart from this, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

7. Retention

Requests that do not lead to treatment are kept for at most 2 years from the last activity and then deleted. Records of patients who receive treatment are kept for the periods required by Turkish health legislation.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about the processing,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
• request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send your request in writing, with information identifying you, to Güneşli Yolu Cd. No:4 Bahçelievler / İstanbul or by e-mail to [email protected]. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
